Privacy Policy

Tinnitus Relief+ (the iPhone app and the browser version at this site) does not collect, store or share any personal information. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking.

What stays on your device

Your settings — chosen sounds, volume, timer, saved pitch, favorites, daily log, recent calls and recordings — are stored only on your device (or, for the browser version, in your browser) and are deleted when you delete the app or clear the site's data. Nothing is sent to us.

Sounds and video

Sounds are generated on your device. Scene videos are included with the app and the site; no video is streamed from a server that records who you are.

Recordings

If you use Record everything, the recording is made by iOS on your phone and saved to your Photos library and the app's own folder. We never receive it. Share it only with people you choose.

Calls and other apps

The Call button opens the Phone or FaceTime app with the number you chose; the Listen along buttons open other apps or websites. Those apps have their own privacy policies. We do not see who you call or what you listen to.

Purchases

Premium is billed by Apple through your Apple ID. We receive no payment details. Family Sharing and refunds are handled by Apple.

Children

The app is rated for all ages and collects no information from anyone.
